I even took the time to crank out the "That Just Happened." achievement where you have to get through the Library on Heroic/Legendary without dying. Unlike the bulk of the Master Chief Collection, the campaign portion of Halo 2 Anniversary doesnt actually operate at a native 1080p which is no doubt the result of running two rendering engines. Halo 2 on Legendary is just not fun, its way too unfair. That level gave me a good facsimile of what an Aliens game could be. it depends entirely on which difficulty you play. The way they bob and weave to avoid gunfire and grenades is so slick. I can't think of any other FPS enemies as fun to fight as H1 Elites on Legendary. So I played the entire Halo 2 campaign on Legendary on co-op and did the same for Halo CE, now with halo CE I got everything, 10/10 missions, all achievements, everything. I recently tried out H1 on Heroic just for a relaxed run through, but quickly restarted on Legendary as the enemies just seemed too stationary. H2A fixes most of my gripes with the sound and graphics though. Graphics tried to be too detailed for its time so CE ends up aging better with it's more simplistic design. A neat little sci-fi story with a great twist half way through. I think people like Halo 2 campaign for the story but the sandbox and increased linearity are it's weakest points. I got the MCC on a Steam sale not too long ago and have been giving the early entries a replay cause they'll run on my shitty laptop. I've usually found them a challenging but totally manageable experience. I upped the speed of it in the ADI Tag Editor and added. The entire sandbox has been tweaked such that every weapon, vehicle, and AI has a distinct and useful role to fulfill, all about finding the best tools depending on the enemies, situation, and. I've gone through all the Halo campaigns on Legendary difficulty (besides 5, which I've never played) every time a new one comes out. Debug text will no longer appear during the opening of the mission Outskirts while Japanese subtitles are turned on. Since it had not been included in multiplayer, it gave me a whole projectile to swap in. Welcome to Ruby's Rebalanced Halo 2-This is a full Campaign mod focused on refining the sandbox to create a more gratifying and decision-based game. There's also a pair of "Operation" events, one of which is active from now until December 19 and features 20 tiers of free rewards to earn, as well as a "Halo 3 Refueled" matchmaking playlist with community-made remakes of beloved Halo 3 maps.Holy shit, what a slog. It's all great stuff, and there's more coming, too - an official King of the Hill-based PvE Firefight mode is slated to come before the season ends on January 30, as is a shield and vehicle-regenerating equipment piece called the Repair Field. Let me do that with all my armor, please. Oh, and you can finally wear any helmet on any armor core. On top of that, though, there's a pair of new Arena maps, fresh Forge canvases and items, the return of the fan-favorite Halo 4 mode Extraction (deploy and protect extraction sites to score points), and more, including Master Chief's armor as a reward for reaching Hero rank and the ability to earn Battle Pass XP in Custom Games. The Master Chief and UNSC Marines fight against boarding Covenant troops, culminating in a battle over an Elite-guarded bomb intended to destroy the station. Category:Halo 2 campaign From Halopedia, the Halo wiki (Redirected from Category:Halo 2 Campaign) This is the Halo 2 campaign. By far, its most exciting addition is the power to create custom PvE experiences by plonking down campaign AI in Forge. Cairo Station is the third campaign level of Halo 2, taking place in Earths orbit on the eponymous Cairo Station. The increase in player interest is owed to Season 5: Reckoning, which kicked off last month on October 17.
